About Us

Our Philosophy

All classes are taught in a lighthearted style, with gentle attention to the breath and present moment awareness. You will find these mindfulness techniques transferring to your daily life, resulting in more joy and less stress which can last long after you leave class.

Drawing inspiration from a variety of yoga teachings, each week’s class is unique.   Although the pose positions become familiar over time, each Yoga Hall class has a slightly different muscular,  postural and energetic focus.  We offer gentle, moderate and vigorous classes suitable for all levels.  Variations both gentle and more challenging are offered in order to encourage and support you to  practice and learn at your own  level of ability.

We encourage a sense of community… in our yoga classes for the individual, in the sense of your body as a whole with each part of the body mind in communication… and in the larger sense of being part of a world community

Our classes are held in Morgan’s Fitness Studio located at 9 Innisfil Street, Barrie.  See you there!
