Hatha Flow I
This class suitable for beginners and continuing students who want a strong workout. We begin with a standing pose flow to turn up the heat.
We keep up the challenge with a series of mostly standing and balancing postures, finally moving into seated stretches, twists and basic floor work. Flow turns up the heat… static and longer held poses stretch, strengthen and challenge.
Grace & Strength (Hatha Flow 2)
Take your practice a little deeper. A mix of flow, longer held and more challenging poses. Take the lessons of strength, balance and equanimity off the mat and into the way you live your life everyday.
Ashtanga Flow (Power Yoga)
Done in a hot room, a challenging flow of postures linked with breath to create deep heat in the body. A great class for conditioning, toning and focusing. Move, breathe, focus, balance, sweat!!!
