This popular class offers toning and strengthening poses – abs work – re-energizing movement-meditation and relaxation – all gentle and designed to leave you feeling calm, confident and relaxed. Hatha Flow I
This class suitable for students who want a strong workout which includes standing pose flow to turn up the heat. We keep up the challenge with a series of mostly standing and balancing postures, finally moving into seated stretches, twists and basic floor work. Flow turns up the heat… static and longer held poses stretch, strengthen and challenge.
Grace & Strength (Hatha Vinyasa) with Margie Expect lots of ab work here with mix of some slow challenging flow or faster moving sequences. We concentrate and focus this practice from a powerful core, challenging standing poses and slow flowing sequences, moving to floor work and the exploration of twists, backbends and arm balances. Margie’s classes are taught in an easy going style with attention to alignment and breaking down more challenging poses into accessible steps. Please register ahead to assure your space.

Gentle Yoga (with Margie)
Learn, gentle stretches and techniques to melt away tension and stress.Help relieve arthritis and other pain in this gentle and supportive class. By using a selection of mindfulness techniques, conscious breathing, therapeutic movement and supported positions, you will relax into a greater sense of calm and well being. Enjoy improved posture, better sleep, more energy. Free up tight joints and muscles resulting in greater ease of movement, less pain and a more comfortable body.
