Rest, Renew & Relax – moderate for all levels                                                                                                                You can have it all!  This popular class offers breath work, toning and strengthening poses – re-energizing movement-meditation and relaxation – all gentle and designed to leave you feeling calm, confident and relaxed.   This is a favourite class for beginners and ongoing students who wish a moderate all round yoga practice. Focus is on basic poses and a few more challenging poses along with step by step tips and techniques to get there. Supported poses are introduced to encourage deep relaxation. You are encouraged to work at your own level. Gentler modifications and more challenging pose options are provided and encouraged.

On the Path- challenging for all levels                                                                                                                                       This is a  challenging,  class including breath work, inversions, sun salutations, forward bends, back bends, arm balances, twists and guided relaxation. Combining flow and classical style poses, you are encouraged to work at your own level. This is the class of choice for students who want to challenge themselves and build stamina and strength. Focus is on more difficult  poses along with step by step tips and techniques to get there.  Gentler modifications and more challenging pose options are provided and encouraged.

Gentle Yoga( for all levels-including limited movement issues)                                                                                This lighthearted class is very popular with students including people who have issues with limited movement in some way.  Posture and alignment are stressed while students learn and practice gentle but effective techniques to strengthen core and create a more balance body from head to toe. Students are encouraged to work at their own level, building on current strength, stamina, flexibility and balance. If you are under doctor’s care, please note, this class cannot replace the care of your doctor, but with his/her permission can be a complement to it.
